Staff were very friendly, and even brought a cake and bottle of wine up to the room complimentary for my husbands birthday, very nice touch. Excellent spa facilities and a lovely large outdoor pool. Brilliant location within walking distance to old town.

We were only there for 4 days and could not fault it in any way the staff were so nice attending our eircom broke the day before we went home thet had someone up to the room straight away they asked what could they do for us as we were just feeling the cold we just said a few more blankets be fine and they rang ys back leave all our stuff there choice of 2 rooms and full dinner for the inconvience the dinner was fab we really eenjoyed it and left the staff a tip then as we changed rooms our daughter left her purse with her money in it and there sending it home to ireland free of charge we offered to pay for postage and thry said no they would cover it now i have to say 110% recommend this hotel and if were back we will stay in this hotel again it was spotless clean the indoor pool my daughter loved i used the gym the bar is stunning its lovely warm welcome hotel deffinately stay here and if have kids mc donalds and kfc across the road and theres a shopping centre 3 mis walk and lovely 2 thanks to everyone at the vila gale hotel yee werw truly amazing from the botton of our hearts room 32i0 janice fergal amelia kearney xxx 25th to the 29th of january 2025 x

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The highlight of my visit was definitely the pool area each day. The facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. But what really made it special was the entertainment team. They were energetic, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was organizing games, leading water aerobics, or just engaging with guests, they truly made the pool experience unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and inviting.

Fantastic selection for breakfast, two decent sized outdoor pools, loads of sun beds as long as you get there early, kids club staff were wonderful with our 4 year old. Really reasonably priced bar serving great food through the day. Lovely clean, spacious room with tv and mini fridge. Helpful, friendly staff who always had a smile. Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the old town bars and restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great breakfast buffet, "junior suite" was a normal room plaus an annex as a sitting room / kids bed room so worked really well to give a family room stay. And both airconditioned (listing says one air con). Outside pool was great, but off season so very cold... But the indoor one was heated and lovely! Kids loved the slide. Great location: 10 min walk to home or the escalator to the main beach/old town! (dont walk down the main road... so much longer...)

The location is perfect 10mins from the old town Mcdonalds an kfc across the road Shopping Centre 1 Hotel down with a supermarket for all your needs Everything within walking distance Breakfast is nice and lunch menu is good Entertainment by the pool

The Vila Gale was in a very good location with easy access to the Old Town and the Strip. The reception was very helpful and did see to all our needs. The waiters and restaurant stall were impeccable and the breakfasts had everything you neededvto set you up for the day. The rooms were firstclass and the cleaners changed the towels daily, kept the rooms clean. All in all I would definitely recommend a visit to this hotel. Rita Davies Susan Davies Room 144

breakfast very good esp chef cooking omlettes etc also excellent variety of food & freshly made cakes. didn't use pool room good size with view of busy road at front of hotel.
